Welcome to our Lavender Farm!

LavenderNestled in the valley below the majestic Olympic Mountains in Sequim, Washington, Lost Mountain Lavender is a three acre farm with over 120 different varieties of lavender and a wide assortment of trees and wildlife for our guests to enjoy. You never know if you’ll see a deer stealing a meal from our bountiful fruit orchard or catch our covey of quail out with their young in the rose bushes or lavender fields.

In the summer, you can pick your own fragrant bouquet of lavender from our field or just relax under one of our trees with a picnic. In spring and fall you’ll probably find us out working in the field weeding or pruning the plants. And in the winter, you might catch the lavender under a soft blanket of snow, a truly beautiful sight. Everyday is a good day to visit and full of possibilities.

While you’re visiting, be sure to stop by the Cottage Gift Shop. Rumored to be an old moonshiner’s shed, this vintage building has been converted into a charming gift shop that holds a vast array of handcrafted lavender products.

And, be sure to join us the third weekend in July for the Annual Celebrate Lavender Festival.

A large assortment of lavender to enjoy

Folks who visit the farm are often surprised that there are so many different varieties of lavender. In fact, there are over 200 varieties of lavender and 28 different species. Our collection of over 120 different types of lavender ensures there will be a variety for everyone to enjoy. Please see About Lavender for more information.
