Summer Hours for Farm and Gift Shop

Jun 01, 2009 -

Now through the end of August the Farm and Gift Shop are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Where did the spring go? The warm weather we've been enjoying here in Sequim is reminding me that summer is right around the corner, but it seems like the last time I blinked, we were still getting frost. We've been busy weeding, planting and mulching throughout the farm. Things are starting to shape up with thanks to my summer crew who has started to help out this past week. It will be a little while before the lavender field is weed free, but we're making progress. I've been making soap, sewing and stockpiling products for the busy summer months. I've added a few outside shows this year, so I've been extra busy. If you're in Edmonds, Washington the weekend of June 19 - 21, come see us at the Edmonds Arts Festival. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for warm weather. It should be a fun weekend. And always, if you're in Sequim, come by and see us. The lavender isn't quite blooming yet, but many varieties are showing nice flower buds. More updates soon...
